Our tiered structure rewards partners who refer larger deals. Commission is calculated as a percentage of the fee E U Capital receives from the lender on completion.
Tier 1
20%
Up to £100,000
On a £75,000 loan at 1.5% broker fee, you earn £225
Tier 2
25%
£100,001 – £500,000
On a £300,000 loan at 1.5% broker fee, you earn £1,125
Tier 3
30%
£500,001 and above
On a £1,000,000 loan at 1.5% broker fee, you earn £4,500
